[HCM] Senior Legal Executive

Advise the Management Board and Head of Departments on statutory requirements and relevant rules and regulations issued by the relevant authorities;
Be responsible for analysis of new or revised lawsregulations supporting management’s decision;
Provide legal advice to prevent legal risks arising public company operations and activities;
Prepare legal documentsagreementscontracts and complete necessary arrangements;
Vet contractual documents drafted by the departments and associates for legal compliance and commercial implications;
Handle regulatory affairs with authorities;
Take part in pre-litigation negotiation and mediation;
Conduct and monitor information disclosure obligations of public companies and others;
Ensure compliance of the Company with all statutory requirements and guidelines issued by relevant authorities governing public listed Company;
Maintain statutory records of the Company that comply with statutory requirements;
Coordinate with outside counsel during legal proceedings and monitor litigation or arbitration;
Other tasks assigned by the Head of Legal.
